Community Choirs

SOW work in partnership with community-based choirs to help facilitate their needs. We provide a repertoire of arrangements, audio choral vocal parts, lyric sheets and scores, as well as heading out to visit and encourage the choirs once a year. We keep regular contact with community choir leaders so that we can help to support their vision of the community choir in any way we can.

Pontypridd Community Choir is headed up by Jess Morgan, in partnership with SOW. Jess is on our leadership team and has a huge heart for community. The choir meet weekly in Clwb y Bont - singing well-known songs, welsh classics, songs from the musicals etc. to build community and relationships and to sing!

Cwmbran Community Choir will be launched very soon under the leading of Jules Jones.

We truly believe that creativity is an agent of social change. It breaks down social barriers, brings mutual harmony, solidarity, compassion and more. With that in mind, SOW want to serve communities in wales with creativity that makes a difference.
